 first day back on the diet!

Thank God I am back on the diet and can get this weight off!!!  Today was the first day and besides my stupid headache/migraine that won't freaking leave it has been a good day!!

I am trying a few different things with the diet and adding in more fat and so far I have felt the same as I did without the fat.  LOL!  I am sure I will feel different in the end because I will be eating a higher amount of calories and in my mind I am pretty sure this is the route I need to go.

I ate 621 calories today which consisted of 29 grams of fat, 22 grams of carbs, and 50 grams of protein.

For lunch I had 3.5oz of 96/4 ground beef cooked in 1.5 teaspoons of coconut oil and some taco seasoning over a bed of lettuce and mushrooms on top.

Dinner was 4oz of 93/7 ground beef pattied (sp?) into a hamburger and cooked on the stove. Then I had a slice of Ezekiel Bread (cinnamon raisin) with a tablespoon of butter. Actually some of the butter went on top of the hamburger because a tablespoon is too much for one slice of bread. LOL!

I really really need to add in more veggies so I am going to get some tomorrow and hopefully I will start to enjoy them again! I did buy some broccoli but the taco salad for lunch sounded better.

I will start updating my weight once I get down below 180.6.  It may take awhile :(
