My guess is that I am retaining a little bit of water from yesterday as I didn't get in as much water as I normally do. I could also be getting my period in the next week and I never seem to lose weight the week before my period. It seems a little early for that though so I don't think that is it. My biggest guess is the damn chocolate. No not the kind with real sugar in it but the sugar free kind or the homemade stuff with Xylitol. Another idea is is that I am really only 10 pounds away from a weight I was for 3 years in high school so it is just having a hard time getting beyond what my body was once used to. Not sure how much stock I put into that theory but I have heard this can be an issue for some people. And last but not least, I need to poop. :)
Whatever the reason is I don't care at this point and I just want the weight to come off. I hate being annoyed with myself.
