i'm still here

I am dealing with lots of stuff regarding our IVF cycle but I am still here. I will probably start blogging again when I am back in the 170's. I hope to start writing again soon!

my road to success

These are my mini goals that keep me happy and working towards my final goal! They may change a little along the way but this is what I look forward to every time I step on the scale! As I reach each goal I am going to cross it off and watch them all disappear.

~~296.6 - starting weight, BMI = 47.9 "morbidly obese"~~
~~276.2 - 20.4lbs lost, BMI = 44.6 "morbidly obese"~~
~~266.8 - 10% of my body gone!~~
~~252.0 - 15% of my body gone! Hello 50's~~
~~241.2 - 55.4lbs. lost, BMI = 38.9 "obese"~~
~~239.8 - Finally in the 30's~~
~~236.6 - 60lbs. lost, 20% of my body gone!~~
~~231.6 - Lowest weight since 2001~~
~~229.8 - Finally in the 20's~~
~~226.6 - 70lbs. lost~~
~~222.4 - another 5% loss/25% total~~

The picture on the left was me at around 296.6 at my heaviest and the picture on the right was taken a few months ago around 220 pounds.

Again this is me at my heaviest and then at 180 pounds!! What a difference!

And this is what I looked like when I was thin, 18, and more confident than I could ever imagine. This is the real Michaela and I can't wait to be this girl again!!! I believe I was about 160 here but I was also an athlete with just a little body fat. I am 5'6".
